My tooth extraction was attempted by another doctor but he failed, so I was left with half tooth and immense pain and that’s when I found about this clinic. They were accommodating to do the surgery same day. I was so hesitant from my previous bad experience that I felt I ll have to go through all the pain and discomfort again for the other half but to my surprise it just took them 4-5 minutes with no pain or discomfort. I did my all on 8 implant lower jaw surgery This has been one of the most amazing things that I’ve ever seen. I’m an engineer and a machine is looking at what these people have done in. Those areas is absolutely amazing. I just had eight hours of surgery. I think my pain level on a scale of one to 10 maybe hit a two and it’s an amazing operation down here and highly recommend if you have need for dental implants. This is the place. Amazing doctor . I got my two implants done here, and I’ve been coming to this clinic since 2008. I’m really happy with the treatment I never had any issues, and everything has been going great. Dr. Jain is very experienced with implants. I had very little bone near my sinus, but he still did an excellent job. It’s been almost 12 years now, and I haven’t had a single problem with my implants. One thing I really like is that they have their own in-house lab, so all the work is done right here. Dr. Jain also has an engineering background, so he really understands the mechanical side of implants, which gave me a lot of confidence. I’ve heard about this clinic from many people in the Bay Area because they specialize in dental implants. That’s the main reason I chose this place and I’m glad I did.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jain and his team at the Center for Implant Dentistry. From the very first video call, Dr. Jain explained every step of the process in detail. No dentist has ever been this transparent with me before. When I came in for my consultation, they did a CT scan, took precise measurements, and again explained everything clearly so I felt confident moving forward. What impressed me most was that they started the process the same day. Dr. Jain even did a manual smile design directly in my mouth while most dentists rely only on digital methods, he took the time to design it by hand, and I could actually see how my new smile would look. On the second day, I had my upper jaw All-on-8 surgery, and on the third day, they completed the lower jaw All-on-8 surgery. By the fourth day, my new teeth were installed. Absolutely love my full mouth implants! The teeth are so realistic, it's impossible for anyone to tell they are implants. Unlike other places, they make the prosthetic (teeth) in their own lab. This means your surgeon who designed your teeth is the one doing the implants. They have state of the art imaging and computer aided tools to design your smile. Precision is really important here for a good fit. They are completely transparent on pricing and I got all-on-8 on both the upper and lower arches for what the corporate companies charge for all-on-4. There aren't many places that even do all-on-8 which are very sturdy. No matter what, do not go to the corporate places you see ads for. This is major dental work and you need your surgeon to be there for you with a personal touch. Dr Jain and Dr Gupta are specialists in this business; they know what works well because they've been doing these for over 15 years. Before I decided, I had so many questions and Dr Jain spent over 2 hours with me explaining everything and answering all my questions very thoroughly. They were always very accommodating, able to accommodate me for appointments, and the feeling you get is that they genuinely want you to feel satisfied with your teeth.

I had an excellent planning and placing of implants. Entire staff takes care of the whole process. It took only one visit to take x-ray-3d scan analyze and add the implants. The clinic has fully integrated state of the art facility very clean and well maintained. Notable aspect of the analysis and diagnosis was discovering tooth and gum damaged not visible from the front side. Couple of days after procedure pain is relieved.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough. As a working man, I can only see the dentist on the weekend. However, no implant centers are open on Saturday in the Bay Area. Luckily, Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta came to my rescue. Their office is the only one I could find that met my scheduling needs. I am a 68 year old man with bad teeth, so I have had countless visits to the dentist. In fact, I have visited more than 5 implant centers all over the Bay Area. I needed to get 6 implants. This past week, I have had to get an emergency implant due to unexpected pain in a cracked tooth inside a crown. This was my first-ever implant, and I was a bit scared, given the general impression about dental surgeries. I had outstanding service and care from Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta. This was a molar tooth (#14), and the extraction was difficult. Dr. Jain worked on this as carefully as possible, and the broken tooth came out after much effort. The implant was placed with utmost care. Overall, this was a great example of a very seasoned Doctor considering all aspects of surgery with 2d and 3D X-rays taken before and after. I truly admire Dr. Jain's passion for providing the patient with the best possible care and treatment. Finally, the office staff was friendly and easy to work with. He then did the treatment that I really wanted and the treatment was finished in 3-4 days and not over 6-8 months, like the way it normally takes at other dentist offices. And the reason the job was so swift is because Dr Jain is mechanical engineer along with being an implant surgeon and has an onsite manufacturing facility with CNC machines and an implant team. He is very meticulous about his work. I have been his patient for 15 years and have had implants done in different areas of my mouth over the years.

This review is long awaited. In 2017 I was searching for a dentist to remove my wisdom teeth. My regular dentist told me that the removal of the lower jaw wisdom tooth is a difficult procedure. To get it done they will have a oral surgeon in the office and I will be paying around $1000 after using my insurance to get 4 of them removed. It also required general anesthesia. I did not want general anaesthesia. I researched and came across the best implant dentist in Fremont. For any dental implant a dentist has to do extraction. Going with this logic I called their office. They quoted me very reasonable price and I was pleasantly surprised. They also told me it will be local anesthesia. I went there in December of 2017 and got 2 of them removed. Dr. Sambhav Jain took 2 minutes to extract 2 wisdom teeth. My 3rd wisdom tooth upper jaw was little problematic and my regular dentist removed and for lower one they told me same surgeon story. I decided to wait as my lower right jaw wisdom tooth was not giving me issue. Now, in April 2024 I decided to get rid of the only one left. I called their office. I was refused and was told that now they do not do only extraction. I requested that I am an old patient who got 2 wisdom tooth removed earlier. I told them because of the positive experience I had and I am ready to drive more than an hour to be in their office. The doctor agreed for the extraction. It was done and I am a happy patient. They have the entire setup (3D X-ray, implants, crown etc) and I didn’t have to run to multiple people for my treatment. I was treated very professionally and I felt cared for. Highly recommend them. I came to have a CT scan. Dr. Jain's tour of the facility and assistance in deciding on my full mouth implant was truly impressive to me.

when i needed implants done i knew nothing about all the possibilities there are depending on the dental expert you hire so i went to two different dentists in san Francisco and after spending about $30 ,000.00 and two years of many appointments those few implants did not hold and we just kind of quit there then I went to New York and I trusted the dentist there who claimed to use the latest techniques and this entailed going back and forth to New York and San Francisco many times over a 3 year period . then when the final teeth were put in 2 months later amain inplant failed because he put in teeth that were two heavy. i could not return to New york to fix the problem because of covid. so my friend found Dr Jain at center fir implant dentistry in fremont, california i thought OK and within two visits he completely redid my teeth and they worked perfectly. They were well fitted he has everything within his office .I was shocked that they were comfortable and they work perfectly and they they still are looking and feeling great after three years and I am I recommend him highly. I wish I'd known about him in the first place, so if you need implants you will not be disappointed and he is passionate about doing wonderful work. I would definitely recommend him even if you are far away as the process takes 3-4 days and you can go back home with your final teeth. i am convinced that he is the best in United States and you will be lucky to get an appointment. His prices were fair as well.

I truly hope my review will assist in the confusing and painstaking search for full or partial implants. My researched involved over 15 months and probably longer. My quests involved intake appointments with multiple specialists that left me bewildered and confused to which one to select was disheartening. First, I believe you as a patient, need to put in the effort and time to research and inquire, ask the right questions as we are not dental professionals. This may take months to finally make the right decision to selecting the right dental practice for you. When you are investing considerable amount of money. That should not be your only concern, for if the implants are not performed properly. What you paid for may not be for your long-term health, mental and financial welfare if they fail. My search involved Clear Choice in Daly City, Implants Pro Center San Francisco with computer aided surgery, SF Dental Implants, Alex Rabinovich DDS, Dental implant surgery SF charged $600 (referred work to another dentist), G4 Golpa Las Vegas, Millbrae Dental provided a quote exceeding $70k with 18 months process did not make financial or medical sense . I made dental appointments with each practice for in patient evaluation, except for G4 Golpa, to whom I mailed my CT scan for evaluation with Dr. Golpa analysis stated 4 post is sufficient. All of the dental practices stated I only needed 4 posts and my procedure would be done. Yet, Clear Choice first appointment, stated due to significant bone loss and my bone structure, there was insufficient foundation to place more posts. Made me think that why only 4 posts? Meaning, that one post implant could fail at an indeterminate time will require more work. Imagine, yourself having to endure the procedure and pain of hearing multiple specialists informing you are not an ideal candidate. But yet, all of the practice was willing to perform procedure without providing any options, left me to search for a long term solution to fit my predicament. I understand the financial gain to get me in and out was one factor to accept their plan. But yet, there had to be a skilled dental implant specialists who could provide an long term solution to last for the remainder of my life. Without revisiting for more additional dental work and cost. Upon, watching countless of hours of youtube implant videos, google and yahoo searches both nationally and locally. It appear none of my research provide a viable solution to my predicament with considerable bone loss for implants. I believed with modern technology and dental advancements. There had to be a solution with my businessman objective to not accept inferior treatment. Then, I visited Center For Implant Specialist for an consultation with Dr. Jain. With my significant bone, Dr. Jain explained I would require 6-8 post implant and sinus lift to securely hold my upper bridge implant. Why all the other dental implant specialist did not recommend this process made me skeptical. In fact, I continue to search and remembered, Dr.Jian explanations made complete practical and medial sense . If you have 4 legs holding a chair and one fails will be unstable requiring work. None of the other dental implants suggested more post implants made me questioned as this did not make logical sense as a patient with significant bone loss with 4 posts maybe a short term fix if one failed. I would have to revisit that dentist for additional implant and surgery in the future. Their office, has the high tech medical equipment to customize your implants in 24 hours as none of the other practices offered. Except for G4 by Golpa, then again, are you willing to travel to Las Vegas? Did not seem practical when I reside in San Francisco and may require follow up work and visits. In summary, implants completed Dec 29,2022. Ability to properly chew food and eat anything I want, physical appearance to smile without concerns, emotional confidence to know the dental implants will last a life-time is very comforting. Thank you very much Dr. Gupta and Dr. Jain.

Two days ago, I had an emergency surgery done at the Center for Implant Dentistry to remove a tooth (due to infection at its root). They provided an excellent service. Surgery was good. It is healing well. Thanks you team at the Center for Implant Dentistry for taking care of me on an urgent basis. Update 11/26/2022: Last week I had another surgery to install an implant (base) for my tooth. The surgery went well. After 4 months, once the bone grows around the implant, a crown will be installed. I had very good experience for all my surgeries at the Center for Implant Dentistry. Thanks for all the care provided by the medical team there.

What a beautiful experience I had with CFID. Starting with the receptionist, the assistants, the CAD programmer, and Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta, this place provides an exceptionally caring experience. My particular case required a full set of upper and lower teeth, their all on 8 product. I, like many people had terrible dental issues caused from an accident. Over the years I limped by with a denture and several bad teeth. I couldn’t eat regular foods, I would rarely smile. I felt very comfortable throughout my procedure. I opted for the oral sedative that Dr. Gupta crushed and put under my tongue. That got to working soon after and she started numbing me up and everything else is history. I was very relaxed and I especially liked the rubber mouth guard they use to keep your mouth open and doesn’t dry out my lips. It’s a more relaxed way of keeping your mouth open and because the place where your lips fit in it keeps your lips moist and not dry out. I had a tooth splinted and bonded (never heard of that before till now) and another infected tooth extracted to be replaced with 2 implants. All of this done in one sitting.! Nam at the front desk is very helpful. She even offered to hold my hand (I didn’t need it though since I was very relaxed). It was different kind of dental experience that I had. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jain and Dr. Gupta to my friends.

I had an emergency on a Saturday and they fit me in their already busy scheduled (my regular dentist didn't). Highly recommended!

I did a lot of research looking for a dentist to perform both the upper and lower 6 in All Procedure. I had had enough pain and embarrassment and wanted an end to my endless trips to the dentist for yet another implant, extraction and/or bridge. I came across Drs. Jain and Gupta and decided to reach out in Dec. of 2021. Dr. Jain and I first met on FaceTime. He thoroughly explained the procedure and what it would entail. I knew then he was the one in whom I could put my trust. When I arrived at their office, I immediately felt I had made the right decision. The staff are incredible. Their care and attention to detail truly emanates from Drs. Jain and Gupta. I have not had one negative experience with any of the staff. They have always been attentive, caring and extremely competent. In the extractions of my remaining teeth, Drs. Jain and Gupta were outstanding. Previously I had had some very poor dental work in Mexico, which could have been quite serious and potentially life-threatening. Dr. Jain expertly did a delicate procedure and rectified the situation. Dr Jain went beyond my expectations. Every step of the way, he has exceeded normal dental care. Patient care and satisfaction is his and his team’s number one priority. Even after the initial fitting of my dentures Dr. Jain was there every step of the way. Along the way, I did experience some challenges with my jaw, my bite and the dentures, but Dr. Jain was committed from day one to fix them – which he did. He NEVER said, “This is the best we can do.” I could see other dentists settling for less, but he never did. He has always been committed to my best possible outcome. And I have it! I am so grateful. I feel like more than a new person, but the person I dreamed of being. I am proud of my smile, but more importantly, I am pain-free and not living in the impending doom of what next is going to go wrong with my teeth. It was scary to put my trust for something this major into the hands of someone I talk to on FaceTime. But my instincts to put my dental woes in the hands of Drs. Jain and Gupta, and their entire staff, have been greatly rewarded. Drs. Jain and Gupta and their staff, are outstanding medical professionals as well as outstanding people. I had very good experience with Dr Jain and Dr Gupta. To start with the entire dental office are friendly and caring. I highly recommend both the Dr and his staffs to anyone because of high experience, skillful, gentle and caring. I again consulted 2 months back, and they still have all my prior records and guided me in the right direction. What can I say !! I am very pleased with Center for Implant Dentistry. I had a very extensive procedure involving full top and bottom implants performed . The husband and wife team are excellent and compliment one another in all steps of the implant process not to leave out the rest of the staff which are very helpful knowledgeable and nice . I have purposely waited to write a review because I want to talk about how this has changed my life. I turned 50 Years old in September and made it my goal to have a new smile, BUT I have a paralyzing fear of the dentist. So bad that I had not seen a dentist in over 15 years, so this took all the courage I had. When I finally made the call I spent about an hour on a Facetime call with Dr. Jain. On the first appointment they did a CT scan and full mouth x-rays and then his assistant Brenda came in and really explained the different options, the procedure, and answered any questions I had. Brenda became my personal cheerleader and is an important figure in my overall experience. I should probably mention that I had a full set of teeth and was seeking an upper and lower implant arch, better known as the all-on-4. I was a little surprised when Dr. Jain said that my teeth were pretty good and that there are other cosmetic options to restore my smile. He never promised me something he couldn’t deliver and in fact would not let me make another appointment until I went home and reviewed the other options and really thought about what I wanted my end result to be. This is the reason I knew I was in the right place with the right doctors! The next appointment was to begin the “makeover plan” and where I begged them to sedate me. Because this is a very advanced state of the art facility, they did all these fancy face scans and had 3d models of my face and teeth, thereby eliminating any anxiety and fear for me. We discussed the different sedation options and I opted for IV sedation. This is when I met Dr. Gupta, she would be the one administering the IV. She is this tiny little lady who alongside her husband (Dr. Jain) makes you feel like family. The surgical procedure was done over two days. Why? Because they care so much about their patients and are dedicated to the work that they do that they do not rush you in and out in order to see another patient. I will gladly say that I have no memory whatsoever of the surgery over those two days. What I can say is that every individual that is part of your care team treats you with dignity and makes the office a very welcome environment. I had somewhat of an embarrassing situation happen on day 2 of surgery and I am so thankful to Brenda for taking care of me the way she did. The final appointment when you are there to have your new teeth installed was the most magical of all. I instantly burst into tears at the sight of myself and exclaimed to Dr. Jain that I have never worn lipstick before. As I sat in the chair crying everybody in the office came in to share in my joy. Dr. Jain patted me on the shoulder and said, “This is why we do what we do”. I forgot to give a shout out to Eric, the man who designed my teeth; they are BEAUTIFUL! If you are just looking to improve your smile, there are cosmetic dentists everywhere. If you have ever experienced low self esteem or felt judged by your teeth and don’t know where to turn, I strongly encourage you to have a consultation with the Center for Implant Dentistry. The level of knowledge and skill by every single professional in their office is unmatched by anyone else. They didn’t just give me a new smile, they changed my life.

Dr. Jain is great. After dealing with dental problems for years I realized I needed implants. So, I meet with a number of dentists and when I found Dr. Jain I knew I found the best of the best. His Dental and engineering degrees coupled with state-of-the-art dental technology convinced me. Since then, Dr. Jain performed several successful implants with no issues. I love going to the dental clinic as it’s huge and has everything in one stop shop place! I brought my son for his orthodontic treatment, Dr. Jain took all his time and retook the measurement since he felt the pattern didn’t come out perfect the very first time! The doctors and the staff are friendly, understanding, caring, thorough and passionate, I know I’d get the best treatment without compromising quality! The clinic believes in allowing shadowing which is wonderful as these future doctors get to see the top-notch equipment in action at a very clean facility and one day they would be well trained and treating our next generations! Outstanding staff that caters to your specific needs and the caliber of professionalism has no equal. The care they provide to you goes beyond your expectations. I am thrilled to be a patient here and consider myself very fortunate. My implant is great with minimal pain and discomfort from beginning to end.

After visiting a few dentists for my implant surgery, I decided with the Center for Implant Dentistry to have my lower jaw implants done. Right away they make you feel extremely comfortable and take the time to listen to what you are exactly trying to have done. Dr. Arpana Gupta did my surgery and she and her staff are outstanding! This is a truly family run business, you are certainly not just a number. The price was extremely fair compared to other dentistry’s and fantastic work! I highly recommend the Center for Implant Dentistry, there really is no place like it.

I have chosen Center for Implant Dentistry partly because they were very close to my house and partly because I wanted to find someone who specializes in dental implants. I was given an immediate appointment for a consultation and the implant surgery under one week. Dr. Jain, who was very professional and kind, showed me my 3D X-ray and explained various options to me and made his best recommendation. As I was very nervous, I texted him for several days with questions, and at times almost backed out, but he graciously answered them all without making me feel uncomfortable. But the best experience was the implant surgery itself. Even though I had no prior experience with implant surgery, I just thought everything went as smooth as can be. There was very little pain during surgery, and after. In 2 hours, I had one upper molar implant with a sinus lift bone graft, one wisdom tooth removal, and a one molar root deep cleaning. Thank you Dr. Jain!

I would highly recommend Dr. Sambhav Jain and his entire staff for any implant dental work, just for the mere reasons of his passion, knowledge and customer satisfaction that is at his fingertips at all points of the job; let alone his dedication and engineering skills to design and implement the Implants in the jaw bones. I would highly vote for all the Implants work to be analyzed and executed by Dr. Jain as he himself takes care of the implants locations in the mouth after careful evaluation and understanding of the full panoramic 3D Xrays, by understanding all the issues at hand with patients during and after the job with utmost patience. Another best part is there is no delay in getting teeth made as they are build from ground up with excellent top of the grade material right at their same dental facility in Fremont, CA.

Throughout the years we have been to so many dentists but none could be compared with Dr. and Mrs.Jain and their staff in terms of professionalism, state-of-the-art equipment and office neatness. But the most important trait possessed by Dr./Mrs. Jain and their staff that makes them stand out above all the others is their compassion and human kindness towards patients. My experience at Dr Jain's dental has been one of the greatest experiences ever at a dentist office. he has done a great job on my front tooth implant. I can't even tell the difference between the real and the implant. I recommend everyone to go see Dr Jain and his wife for best dental experience ever.

I would highly recommend Center for Implant Dentistry to anyone who needs any dental work. I personally received two implants. The appointment was set right away and I was pleased how fast and smooth everything went. First, Dr. Jain did CT scan and explained how implants should be placed. Then we went on financial plan. The price for both implants was much less than I was offered at several other places. Dr. Shivani Gupta was placed implants, and she is great. The crowns were made right here at the clinic. This is like a one stop shop. I don’t have any problem with new teeth. I’m very glad I found them. After I saw so professional service, I brought my son here too. Dr. Jain found a problem not connecting with dental work, and referred us to the UCSF with all documentations, XRAy, CT scan ect. All doctors and staff here are very professional and they provide excellent service.

Dr. Jain is by far the MOST DEDICATED dentist I have ever met. He really, truly, enjoys what he does and since he enjoys it so much, he produces nothing but the best quality of work. I highly recommend Dr. Jain at Center for Implant Dentistry. You will not be disappointed!

These guys really know what they are doing. No....not all dentists are alike. These guys are the cream of the Crop and Pros that have great prices as well. I have had many procedures(Braces, extractions, root canals, crowns....Bleaching) from all different dental offices over the years and I can say these guys are the best. The docs own the place and are passionate about what they do.

I am so grateful that the family was able to take me immediately after I broke off a front tooth. They did such a marvelous job with the implant work that I was able to take a 4 day train trip soon after.

I got all four wisdom teeth pulled out in visit to Center for Implant Dentistry. I thought it will be painful but Dr. Jain gave me novocaine anesthesia. I could see Dr. Jain yank out the impacted teeth and it appeared he had to apply lot of force to pull the teeth but I did not feel the pain. They gave me the antibiotics and very strong pain medicine on Friday and by Monday I was good to go back to work. Dentist is affordable, staff is good they gave me a quick appointment and helped me with financing for the teeth extraction.

I heard about Dr. Jain from a friend. I went for Dental Implant, Dr. Jain and his wife explain me all my options and suggest me the best treatment. I am very satisfied with my treatment. I got the best treatment at right price. I highly recommended any one to Center for Implant Dentistry for dental treatment.
